Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing, or Workforce Strategy.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in enterprise talent sourcing within large, complex, multi-site organizations.
• Ability to lead a high-performing talent sourcing organization focused on operational excellence, innovation, and accountability.
• Experience scaling sourcing programs that support technology, professional, leadership, and specialized talent segments.
• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise talent sourcing strategy aligned with growth objectives and workforce plans.
• Leverage workforce planning data, recruiting analytics, sourcing metrics, and business intelligence to inform talent strategies and investment decisions.
• Identify new talent markets and sourcing channels that attract top talent.
• Evaluate and optimize sourcing technologies, AI-enabled recruiting platforms, CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics solutions.
• Stay informed on workforce trends and recruiting technologies and translate insights into actionable strategies.
