This leader will be responsible for creating scalable sourcing capabilities, leveraging workforce intelligence, and driving talent market strategies that ensure a sustainable pipeline of high-caliber talent across all business functions, with a particular focus on technology and other highly specialized skill sets. The Vice President will build upon and expand the organization's existing sourcing capabilities, transforming the function into a strategic competitive advantage. This leader will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Human Resources, Business Leaders, and Workforce Planning teams to identify emerging talent opportunities, assess labor market dynamics, and develop innovative sourcing channels that support both current and future workforce needs. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in talent acquisition and sourcing with strong knowledge of labor market economics, talent intelligence, workforce analytics, employer branding, and emerging recruiting technologies.
