What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design and implement innovative talent acquisition and onboarding strategies to attract top talent
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of managers, recruiters, and coordinators to achieve hiring goals
• Develop recruitment processes that are consistent, fair, and efficient, utilizing technology for seamless transitions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and continuously improve recruiting methods
• Drive efforts to ensure diverse talent pools that align with the organization’s goals and values

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 10+ years of recruitment leadership and management experience in progressively challenging roles
• Proven track record of successfully managing recruiting teams in high-growth environments
• Experience in creating and improving hiring processes
• Ability to build relationships with senior business leaders and support their recruitment needs
• Experience sourcing and managing relationships with staffing agencies and external vendors

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problems involving legal regulations and company culture
• Strong communication skills with experience handling sensitive and confidential issues
• Experience in selecting and maintaining recruiting tools and systems, such as ATS
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and poise
