What you will do:

• The Vice President of Sustainability will play a crucial role in leading, developing, and implementing sustainability strategies that align with our company's mission, values, and long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable practices and initiatives across the organization.
• Manage environmental and social governance (ESG) reporting.
• Engage with key stakeholders to promote our commitment to sustainability.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy and roadmap that addresses environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors and considers the diverse needs of our stakeholders and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into daily operations and decision-making processes.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and measure success.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging best practices in sustainability, and adapt the strategy accordingly.
• Manage ESG reporting and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders to advance sustainability initiatives.
• Communicate the company's sustainability efforts and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, investors, customers, and employees.
• Stay abreast of global sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve our strategies and reporting.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members as needed.
• Other accountabilities as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with relevant sustainability standards and reporting frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and navigate challenges.
• Deep understanding of ESG factors and their impact on business operations and performance.
• Demonstrated experience fostering ESG principles in a corporate setting.
• Experience in scope emissions data analysis, reporting, and presentation, including collaborating with outside scope emissions measurement service providers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a global organization and managing cross-cultural teams.
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports.
