What you will do

The Vice President of Sustainability will lead, develop, and implement sustainability strategies aligned with our company's mission and values. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote sustainable practices, managing ESG reporting, and engaging stakeholders to advance our sustainability commitments.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy addressing ESG factors.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate sustainable practices into operations.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Manage ESG reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify partnership opportunities to enhance sustainability initiatives.
• Communicate sustainability efforts internally and externally.
• Lead and guide team members as needed.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of sustainability standards like GRI, SASB, TCFD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of ESG factors and their business impacts.
• Experience in fostering ESG principles within a corporate environment.
• Experience with scope emissions data analysis and reporting, including working with external measurement providers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a global organization and managing cross-cultural teams.
• Master’s degree in related fields.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports.
