WSP is seeking a Vice President of Structural Engineering to lead our Eastern Pennsylvania District. This senior role will oversee a team delivering highway bridges and rail structures across Philadelphia and Exton, coordinating with colleagues in NJ and Western PA as needed.

You will drive project quality, safety and compliance while guiding business development, client relations, and strategic growth for infrastructure programs within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering projects delivering highway bridges, rail and transit structures in the Eastern Pennsylvania District.
• Oversee project delivery, budgets, scheduling, and performance across multiple sites and teams.
• Develop and execute growth strategies and client relationships with PennDOT, Amtrak, SEPTA and other stakeholders.
