• Experience selling staffing to enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Experience leading revenue growth initiatives with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Open and develop new geographic and industry markets.
• Develop and execute market-entry plans with clear targets for local presence and contract awards.
• Spend significant time in priority markets to establish Loyal Source as a visible partner.
• Build networks with prospective clients, industry associations, and local influencers.
• Identify unmet workforce needs and translate them into staffing opportunities.
