Responsibilities

• Coach and develop teams to meet service levels and performance metrics.
• Drive profitable sales growth through client acquisition and penetration.
• Oversee order management, candidate funnel, and payroll-related processes.
• Ensure staffing levels via recruiting strategies across branches.
• Create area operations plan and monitor results; manage safety and billing workflows.
• Review financials and data across platforms to drive decisions.
