Our global clientele includes government agencies, presidential candidates, sports teams, family offices, multinational corporations, entrepreneurs, entertainers, and high-net-worth individuals. PJS provides customized travel itineraries 24/7 to any destination.

Summary Of Position

The Vice President, Sales is responsible for achieving sales quotas by building relationships and educating new clients and third-party resellers with a consultancy approach. You will develop Part 135/121 charter service offerings, prospect outbound leads, increase revenue, maintain existing accounts, and promote PJS value propositions. This role focuses on direct clients such as individuals and corporations, not wholesale charter brokers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prospect new accounts, set client meetings, and educate third-party resellers about PJS products and services, including Membership, TFM, Corporate Shuttle, VIP, and configured airliners.
  • Identify new markets for Corporate Shuttles, such as M&A or dropped commercial flight options.
  • Discover and cultivate sales prospects, converting leads into clients.
  • Create proposals, quotes, bids, and secure trip contracts.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows and follow up on leads, maintaining client relationships.

  • Strong organizational skills and proactive sales strategies.
  • Ability to manage demanding high-end clients discreetly.
  • Confidentiality and discretion.
  • Brand ambassador capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years in hospitality and sales preferred.
  • 3+ years in aviation preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
Schedule & Travel
  • Standard business hours.
  • Travel up to 30-40% as required.
