Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Wilmington, Delaware seeks a Vice-President for Risk Management and Compliance to guide complex risk initiatives and shape the product roadmap across risk capabilities. You will collaborate with Risk Product, Policy, and technology teams to deliver value and ensure governance.

Lead initiatives, define epics and requirements, and monitor metrics while presenting updates to senior leadership. A strong background in financial services and Agile leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services.
• Ability to lead complex, multi‑workstream initiatives.
• Experience applying Agile practices and defining detailed project plans.

Responsibilities

• Guide complex initiatives that integrate and enhance Risk Management capabilities.
• Partner across Risk Product, Risk Policy, and other teams to build the product roadmap.
• Define project plans and requirements for Risk process integration.
• Define initiatives for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, product, and technology teams to unify the product landscape.
• Provide vision and scope documentation, workflows, epics/features, use cases, and related materials.
• Track and manage business case metrics and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare executive-level product updates including metrics, features, and forecasts.
• Create dashboards/reports and monitor initiative metrics.
• Present updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
