This leader will guide the engineering organization responsible for a customer-facing web application and advanced AI-driven attack capabilities. The role will connect product strategy, technical execution, and organizational leadership to deliver reliable, scalable capabilities in a fast-moving environment. You will shape the roadmap, strengthen engineering management, and help translate business priorities into measurable outcomes. This position also plays a key role in building a healthy, inclusive team culture while balancing innovation with production reliability.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $290,000 – $340,000 annually
