This executive will drive efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance while partnering with senior leadership and external providers.

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This executive will lead the strategy and performance of billing and claims operations, with a focus on driving efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The role will partner closely with senior leadership and external service providers to strengthen financial outcomes and support operational excellence. This leader will also oversee budgeting, resource planning, and quality assurance across the function.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $202,300 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic direction for the billing and claims department
• Assess and optimize billing and claims processes for efficiency and compliance
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and organizational policies
