Ladders is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to join a Healthcare leader. This remote role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders and workforce planning, with emphasis on data stewardship and systems integration.

You will partner with executives to identify trends, improve performance, and deliver recommendations that strengthen decision-making and operational efficiency in a healthcare environment. Compensation is competitive and remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of technical data analysis experience, or Master’s degree with 4 years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis
• Advanced experience working with large, complex data sets in large organizations
• Ability to analyze data for diverse business problems and create impactful visualizations
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, including translating requirements across teams
• Proficiency in healthcare-related data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for senior leadership
• Passion for improving consumer experiences

For our client, we are seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead business intelligence and analytics efforts that turn complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for leaders across the organization. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to identify trends, improve performance, and support workforce planning and operational readiness in a healthcare environment. The position also plays a key role in data stewardship, systems integration, and delivering recommendations that strengthen decision-making and operational efficiency.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $117,600 – $161,700 annually
