For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Programs to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This leader will oversee a portfolio of complex programs and help translate enterprise strategy into disciplined execution. The role calls for a seasoned program executive who can balance customer commitments, financial performance, and technical delivery across multiple teams. You will be a key partner to senior leaders, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure programs are aligned, scalable, and executed with precision. Location: Hagerstown, MD – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $231,574 – $318,414 annually.
