Job summary

BNY is seeking a VP of Program & Project Management to lead the Client Program Office, driving end-to-end PM for high-revenue client deals. The role collaborates across functions, building trusted partnerships with senior leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7–10+ years of PM experience, with PMP/PRINCE2 preferred. Located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA, offering strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• 7–10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Proven ability to manage large programs with multiple sub-projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences.
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and management activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage end-to-end responsibilities for medium-to high-complexity initiatives.
• Develop executive-ready materials translating data into insights for senior management.
• Provide regular updates and address risks with practical solutions.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure aligned execution of strategic initiatives.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to enable influence and delivery.
