Job summary

Acadia Realty Trust in Rye, NY seeks a Vice President of Business Process, Data and Applications to design and scale a new data function and process governance. You will own process redesign, data governance, and automation initiatives while coordinating with IT and CFO leadership.

You will establish requirements, drive roadmaps, assess needs across departments, and lead vendor and implementation activities to deliver measurable improvements and strong data controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in information technology, business administration, management information systems, or a related field.
• 12 or more years of progressive experience in business process improvement, business applications, or data management.
• Experience leading teams and building new departments or capabilities from the ground up.
• Hands-on with process mapping, system configuration, documentation, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Assess business processes across all departments; document current-state processes, hand-offs, cycle times, controls, and pain points.
• Determine what can be automated and where manual work is concentrated.
• Assess how data is gathered, stored, secured, governed, and owned.
• Identify technologies including automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Produce a prioritized roadmap and business cases with measurable benefits.
• Manage vendor relationships, implementations, training, adoption, and governance.
