Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in information technology, business administration, MIS, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in business process improvement, business applications, or data management, including leadership.
• Hands-on orientation with process mapping, system configuration, documentation, and testing.
• Demonstrated ability to build a new department or capability from the ground up and influence senior leaders.
• Experience with data governance, data standards, ownership, and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Assess and design cross-department business processes, data governance, and automation strategies.
• Lead vendor relationships, evaluate proposals, and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee implementation, testing, training, deployment, and post-launch support of new applications.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and measurable benefits with security and compliance in mind.
• Ensure governance standards align with IT strategy and SOX controls.
