This role emphasizes people leadership, data-driven decision making, and alignment with regulatory guidelines while expanding access, scheduling efficiency, and practice performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business field.
• MBA or Master’s in Healthcare Administration preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare, dental, or multi-site operations.
• Experience leading dental support organizations or multi-site teams.
• Proven track record in improving performance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead operational strategies for practice performance and growth.
• Oversee practice performance aligning with financial and patient-care goals.
• Build trusted partnerships with doctors, regional leaders, and teams.
• Drive scheduling improvements and patient access initiatives.
• Partner with Finance on P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor KPIs and guide data-driven decisions.
• Introduce workflows and best practices for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
• Support new practice openings and regulatory compliance.
