Job summary

Brobston Group, a global skincare brand, seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead and integrate key operational functions across product planning, purchasing, sustainability, regulatory compliance, quality, and process engineering.

You will drive cost optimization, sustainability priorities, build a high-performing team, and shape an operations roadmap to support growth and scalable performance in Jersey City, NJ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15+ years in technical services or operations within beauty/cosmetics.
• Proven ability to lead multiple functions, manage teams, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and beauty regulatory frameworks.
