  • Guest Experience & Brand Standards: Uphold the highest standards of food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Drive mystery shop and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Expansion & Growth: Partner with the executive team on market expansion, new store openings, and remodels. Ensure operational readiness and scalability of systems and processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, HR, and culinary to ensure alignment of business goals and seamless execution.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, labor, and food handling regulations across all locations.

Skills We're Looking for:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.
  • Strong experience in senior leadership roles within operations management.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, with a focus on aligning operational practices with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in business development initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

VP Qualifications:
