Visionaire Partners seeks a seasoned engineering leader to drive high-growth SaaS initiatives and operational excellence. You will remove bottlenecks across the SDLC, align technology investments with ROI, and act as a force multiplier in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include enabling the CTO, elevating delivery with DORA metrics and CI/CD maturity, and guiding cloud infrastructure and security postures. Travel and hybrid office presence are expected as part of leadership coverage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership in growth-stage SaaS or PE-backed settings.
• Experience leading 40+ person engineering/software teams with hands-on mentorship.
• Fluency with modern cloud stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and architecture redesign.
• Ability to tie technical work to revenue growth and operational efficiency.

• Engineering Excellence: Benchmark and elevate delivery using DORA metrics, CI CD maturity, and rigorous QA automation.
• Cloud and Security: Optimize infrastructure for scale and cost while ensuring SOC 2 and GDPR readiness.
• M and A Integration: Lead post-acquisition tech alignment and advise on global distributed team models.

What You Bring

• 10 Plus Years of Executive Leadership: Proven track record in growth-stage SaaS or PE-backed environments.
• Scale Expertise: Experience leading 40-plus-person engineering/software development orgs with a focus on player-coach mentorship.
• Technical Depth: Experience coming up through the development ranks and running development organizations. Deep fluency in modern cloud stacks like AWS, Azure, or GCP, microservices, and system re-architecture.
• Business Acumen: Ability to tie technical debt reduction and velocity to revenue growth and operational efficiency.
