About The Job: Vice President Of Sales, Analytics

We are recruiting for a Vice President of Sales, Analytics for a Nasdaq-listed leading data analytics and digital operations company. This organization partners with clients to improve business outcomes and unlock growth using deep domain expertise, robust data, analytics, cloud, AI, and ML to create scalable solutions for industries such as insurance, healthcare, banking, media, and retail.

The Vice President of Sales, Analytics will be responsible for generating revenue growth within new and existing accounts in the High Tech sector. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of analytics and the high tech industry, with experience in achieving aggressive growth goals by proactively identifying opportunities. This role can be based anywhere on the West Coast.

Major Job Functions
Consultative Selling

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding our client's analytic solutions and aligning these with customer needs and industry challenges. Guide internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.

Relationship Management

Manage customer relationships, ensure project delivery with a focus on satisfaction, timelines, and budgets, and leverage a global delivery model. Identify expansion opportunities within existing relationships and new engagements, leading business development efforts.

Key Elements For The Role
  • Experience selling and delivering analytics engagements in the high tech industry
  • Strong understanding of the high tech sector
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a collaborative, team-selling environment
  • Experience managing senior-level relationships, including C-level
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to influence and drive change within organizations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
Education
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; a graduate degree is a plus
  • Preferably an MBA from a top-tier business school
