We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to oversee US sales, marketing, and product launch activities for a cutting-edge global biotech company looking to expand its US operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales leadership, with significant experience in the rare disease and oncology markets.
This is a remote position requiring travel, and candidates must be based in the US near a major airport.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Lead U.S. product launch planning and coordination, ensuring alignment across all commercial functions.
- Establish and grow relationships with clinicians, healthcare providers, payers, and industry partners to support market entry and expansion.
- Design and execute U.S. commercial strategies focused on revenue growth, market penetration, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and implement sales training initiatives, operational tools, and performance metrics to enhance team effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends, gather insights, and monitor competitors to refine strategies and positioning.
- Build and manage high-performing sales, marketing, and training teams to drive commercial success.
- Collaborate with regulatory, medical affairs, and compliance teams to ensure all commercial efforts adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 12 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing.
- Deep expertise in the rare disease and oncology markets.
- Proven experience in product launches and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
