Executive Headhunter for Commercial, Medical Affairs, & Clinical Development | 20,000+ Industry Connections

We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to oversee US sales, marketing, and product launch activities for a cutting-edge global biotech company looking to expand its US operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales leadership, with significant experience in the rare disease and oncology markets.

This is a remote position requiring travel, and candidates must be based in the US near a major airport.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Lead U.S. product launch planning and coordination, ensuring alignment across all commercial functions.
  • Establish and grow relationships with clinicians, healthcare providers, payers, and industry partners to support market entry and expansion.
  • Design and execute U.S. commercial strategies focused on revenue growth, market penetration, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and implement sales training initiatives, operational tools, and performance metrics to enhance team effectiveness.
