Vinfolio is seeking a Vice President of Sales for U.S. operations, based in New York. About the role
Based in New York and working closely with our sales team in Napa, the Vice President of Sales, U.S. will be responsible for leading and driving all aspects of sales performance across the US market. You will define and execute strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion.
This is a high-impact leadership role that demands a commercially astute, results-oriented sales leader. You will be expected to leverage our sophisticated technology stack and data-driven insights to optimize team performance, enhance customer experience, and fuel commercial success.
You will be accountable for the continuous development of the U.S. Sales team while managing and growing relationships with Vinfolio's most valuable clients, serving as the single most important driver of market growth. A key part of your role will be cultivating a high-performing sales culture through effective leadership, coaching, and clear accountability.
You will also provide robust, timely sales reporting, product performance data analysis, and market intelligence to senior leadership. Success will require close collaboration with executive management as you translate strategy into measurable results, delivering growth, operational excellence, and brand leadership in the U.S.
Upholding and championing the values of the FINE+RARE Group and Vinfolio will be central to your leadership approach.
