The role oversees capital planning, asset allocation, major repairs, use conversions and facility design, reporting to the COO, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while serving older adults and their families.

EverTrue is a nonprofit multisite senior organization ranked 11th in the most recent Ziegler LeadingAge 200 Report. The organization includes 15 Life Plan Communities, 16 Affordable Housing Communities, and Anywhere Care. Each of their 15 Life Plan Communities offers the full continuum of services, with many also providing memory support. EverTrue's communities are located in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Missouri. EverTrue Anywhere Care also provides a spectrum of services to assist older adults in their homes, including in-home private duty, professional therapy services, home care, home health, palliative care, hospice, and PACE program services. The Vice President will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is responsible for providing strategic and tactical design, development, maintenance and planning of all of EverTrue's properties, buildings, and other fixed assets. The Vice President will lead all property repositioning and master planning efforts, including annual and multi-year capital planning and budgeting, major repairs, use conversions, and facility design. In addition, the Vice President will develop and implement strategies for capital planning and asset allocation, including acquisitions and asset disposition.
