EverTrue, a nonprofit multisite senior living organization, seeks a Vice President of Physical Assets to lead strategic and tactical design, development, maintenance and planning of all properties and fixed assets.

The role oversees capital planning, asset allocation, major repairs, use conversions and facility design, reporting to the COO, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while serving older adults and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital planning and long-range master planning.
• Proven leadership in aging services, affordable housing or related field.
• Strong strategic, planning and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all property repositioning and master planning efforts.
• Oversee annual and multi-year capital planning and budgeting.
• Develop and implement strategies for capital planning and asset allocation.
• Manage acquisitions and asset disposition.
