ABOUT THE POSITION
The YMCA is seeking a dynamic leader to join the team as the Vice President of People, Culture, and Development (VP), a role that is instrumental in shaping organizational culture and fostering a thriving workplace. The VP will lead strategic initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive, mission-driven organizational culture. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and organizational effectiveness. The VP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for the YMCA's values, ensuring alignment with the mission and strategic goals.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The salary range is $1 05,000-$125,000 , depending on experience. Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, 10% Y Retirement Fund contribution (upon eligibility) plus access to a Y Retirement 403(b) Smart Account, paid training and leadership development, and tuition assistance.
