Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Senior Leadership Operations leader responsible for inbound and outbound warehouse, fleet services, facilities management, transportation, and operations systems. The role oversees safety, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and staff direction to meet performance metrics and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required, in business administration, supply chain management, operations management or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 7 years operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for inbound and outbound warehouse, transportation (delivery), fleet services, facilities, beverage services departments and associates.
• Prepares and executes an annual profit plan with direct input from the management team.
• Oversees budget management including labor, benefits, supplies, company assets, capital investments, depreciation, maintenance and repair, and third party contracts.
• Evaluates fiscal metrics and adjusts activities to meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Maintains liaison with local emergency management and other entities to facilitate plan development and response effort coordination.
• Develops and maintains safety and regulatory compliance programs across facilities, fleet and operations.
