Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the operations and staff of the Marketing department, setting and monitoring goals for performance and profit.
  2. Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan including reinvestment, advertising, PR, community relations, and entertainment to attract and retain customers and enhance brand value.
  3. Manage scheduling efficiently, control labor costs, meet staffing goals, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  4. Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring compliance and reporting deviations to management.
  5. Promote excellent customer service standards and address issues promptly.
  6. Control marketing results, taking corrective actions when necessary to meet objectives within budgets.
  7. Respond to market trends with strategic campaigns and conduct competitive analyses.
  8. Coordinate with IT to support marketing programs.
  9. Maintain expertise in brand programs and systems, contributing to marketing improvements.
  10. Ensure the integrity of daily operations and customer data.
  11. Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues to management.
  12. Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years in senior marketing roles with revenue responsibility.
  • Experience in the gaming industry preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and develop measurable plans.
  • High energy, proactive, strategic thinking.
  • Excellent employee relations and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage priorities.
