Job summary

LGI Homes in the Raleigh area seeks a Vice President of Land Acquisitions to steer the growth of residential lots and land in Raleigh and Wilmington markets. This role will negotiate contracts and underwrite acquisitions following the LGI process.

The position will oversee acquisition budgets, recruit and train staff, and travel as needed to drive LGI's strategic objectives in a fast-paced growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in the homebuilding industry.
• Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.

The Vice President of Land Acquisitions is responsible for the acquisition of residential lots and land in our Raleigh and Wilmington markets. This role will negotiate and execute all contracts for land acquisitions, and underwrite all acquisitions the LGI way.

This position will manage all potential acquisition budgets and costs and recruit, train and manage additional staff as needed. Some travel may be required.

Requirements

• The Vice President of Land Acquisitions must have at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in the homebuilding industry.
• A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
