• Experience integrating AI-enabled workflows to meaningfully improve operational efficiency
• Experience designing AI-assisted coordination across operational systems to improve transparency and alignment
• Experience identifying opportunities to streamline reporting, coordination, and knowledge management
• Using dashboards and reporting tools to support informed/data-driven decision making
• Implementing/revamping BI systems and/or philosophy

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of modern operational tools and software products
• Background in financial services, data infrastructure, or adjacent sectors preferred
• Experience scaling operational systems in high-growth technology or data-driven companies
