Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Vice President in Fund Accounting for its NYC-based real estate platform. This high-visibility role reports to senior leadership and involves leading a team, overseeing complex fund structures, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The position offers a hybrid work environment, exposure to multiple investment strategies, and opportunities to develop junior accounting professionals while driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams on accounting and booking instructions for new and complex real estate investments
• Support the accounting and reporting of real estate funds and related investment entities
• Assist with accounting considerations surrounding complex deal structures and transactions
• Manage new Fund and entity launches while coordinating across internal and external stakeholders
• Train, coach, and mentor junior team members while managing workload across the team and offshore resources
• Partner closely with Investment, Legal, Tax, Investor Relations, and Middle Office teams
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and technology across the broader Fund Accounting function

Vice President – Fund Accounting opportunity with a rapidly growing alternative investment manager with approximately $10B+ in assets under management. The firm specializes in real estate and has a growing platform focused on a variety of investment strategies.

The role sits within the broader Fund Accounting team, with significant exposure to complex real estate investment structures, funds, and underlying entities.

COMPENSATION:

Base – $175,000 to $215,000

Bonus – 15% to 35%

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
