Enzo Tech Group is seeking a Vice President of Engineering in Dallas (Hybrid) to lead and scale a large enterprise engineering organization focused on Data Engineering and Data Platforms. Qualifications

• Define and execute the enterprise engineering strategy, with Data Engineering as a core focus
• Build and aggressively scale Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams
• Recruit and develop Directors, Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders
• Lead modernisation across cloud data platforms, applications and legacy environments
• Establish standards across data architecture, software architecture, quality, DevOps and platform reliability
• Partner with Data, AI, Product, Technology and business leadership on strategic initiatives
• Build scalable data capabilities supporting manufacturing, supply chain and operational decision-making
• Drive engineering productivity, technical excellence and delivery across the organisation

VP of Engineering | Fortune 500 Manufacturing Organisation | Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

I'm currently supporting a Fortune 500 manufacturing organisation on the search for a VP of Engineering to lead, build and significantly scale its enterprise engineering organisation, with a primary focus on Data Engineering and Data Platforms.

This is a highly visible executive leadership role with a major emphasis on team growth, data modernisation and engineering transformation.

You'll own the direction of a large engineering function spanning Data and Software, building the teams and modern platforms required to support Analytics, AI and critical enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise engineering strategy, with Data Engineering as a core focus

• Proven experience leading engineering organisations of 40+ people
• Strong track record of recruiting and rapidly scaling Data and/or Software Engineering teams
• Significant leadership experience across Data Engineering, Data Platforms or Software Engineering
• Experience developing Directors, Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders
• Track record leading large-scale data, cloud and application modernisation programmes
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture, software engineering and cloud platforms
• Fortune 500, manufacturing or similarly complex enterprise experience preferred
• Executive-level communication with the ability to translate engineering investment into measurable business outcomes
