With a highly successful launch, distinctive identity, and a strong consumer response, Parívie is poised to scale rapidly—and we’re looking for a brand leader who’s ready to help take it to the next level.

The Role : VP of Brand

As VP of Brand , you’ll lead and elevate every aspect of Parívie’s brand expression, from strategy to execution. This is not a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll be at the center of the action, partnering with the President and co-founder, driving campaigns, building community, and leading cross-functional efforts that drive cultural relevance and commercial success.

You’ll manage PR, social, creative, partnerships, community, and brand performance. You’ll help expand our reach while preserving what makes the brand special. Most importantly, you’ll be hands-on—ready to build, adapt, and execute in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

What You’ll Lead and Do :

Brand Evolution & Stewardship

  • Uphold and evolve a distinct brand identity that is already resonating.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, visuals, and emotional tone across all touchpoints.

Creative Direction & Campaign Development

  • Oversee the ideation and execution of high-impact creative campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and experiential channels.
  • Provide hands-on creative leadership, reviewing and shaping assets and messaging.

Integrated 360° Marketing

  • Architect and manage full-funnel marketing campaigns including product launches, storytelling, retail activations, and founder-driven brand moments.
  • Lead cross-functional planning to align GTM strategies across product, eComm, social, and PR.

PR & Brand Communications

  • Direct PR efforts through agency management and internal collaboration, with a strong focus on earned storytelling, press placements, and founder-led narratives.
  • Leverage Paris Hilton’s global influence and cultural relevance to amplify brand storytelling and drive earned media.

Voice & Messaging

  • Own and refine all brand messaging—ensuring it stays sharp, emotionally compelling, and consistent from website copy to campaign taglines to product storytelling.
  • Build and manage authentic influencer and brand partnerships that extend reach and credibility.
  • Oversee product seeding, VIP programs, and cultural collaborations.
  • Collaborate with product and R&D teams to inform positioning, naming, pricing, and go-to-market strategy based on trend research and consumer insights.
  • Lead competitive and trend analysis to identify whitespace opportunities and inform brand evolution.
  • Monitor brand health and consumer sentiment using qualitative and quantitative data.

Digital & eComm Brand Alignment

  • Work closely with digital, eComm, and performance teams to ensure consistent brand presentation and messaging across owned and paid channels.
  • Support content needs across DTC funnel, with a focus on conversion and storytelling.

Education & Brand Training

  • Develop internal education materials and onboarding to ensure consistent brand fluency across departments and partners.

Budget & Brand P&L

  • Manage the brand marketing budget and P&L with a growth mindset and ROI focus.
  • Track performance across all initiatives and provide clear reporting to leadership.

Who You Are :

  • 7–10 years of progressive brand experience in beauty, wellness, or high-growth consumer brands.
  • A hands-on brand builder with experience scaling early-stage companies into recognized names.
  • Comfortable with both the creative and analytical sides of brand marketing.
  • Strong experience in PR, social, creative, community, and cross-channel brand campaigns.
  • Proven track record managing budgets, external partners, and internal teams.
  • Passionate about culture, storytelling, and connecting emotionally with consumers.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments; loves to build, solve, adapt, and iterate.
