Job Description

Job Duties: Vice President, Brand and Content Strategy with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Wilmington, Delaware. Reports to Wilmington, DE office, may work fully remote from any US location. Build, maintain, and provide ongoing campaign execution support for marketing campaigns. Develop marketing campaigns using campaign selection tools. Design and implement marketing tests. Provide ongoing maintenance of marketing architecture and systems. Perform quality assurance tasks and deploy communications to customers and prospects. Work with business owners to groom campaign requirements. Contribute to process improvements, implementing controls and procedures.

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Science and Technology, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Science and Technology, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years with Master's OR five (5) years with Bachelor's with the following: managing campaign execution for email, site, or direct mail programs; building and configuring customer experience workflows using marketing automation software including Adobe Campaign and Unica Campaign; communicating and collaborating cross-functionally with business or product owners to gather marketing campaign requirements; experience with SQL and relational databases including Snowflake; project management during campaign oversight to execute new projects as necessary; full ownership over projects by aligning stakeholders together, making decisions, setting and driving timelines, escalating as needed and moving a project towards successful and accurate completion; and designing and implementing quality assurance plans to ensure error free campaign execution.
