The Vice President of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) at Energix Renewables is responsible for overseeing all aspects of service and maintenance for utility-scale solar projects. This role ensures the efficient and reliable operation of solar assets by implementing best-in‑class O&M strategies, maximizing energy production, and minimizing downtime. The VP of O&M will lead a team of professionals to optimize asset performance, manage risk, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Management

• Develop and execute the O&M strategy to optimize asset performance and lifecycle management.
• Lead and manage the O&M team, including field technicians, engineers, and support staff.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement in operations.

Operations & Maintenance Oversight

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure maximum system uptime.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Implement advanced monitoring systems and predictive maintenance techniques to improve asset reliability.
• Develop maintenance schedules and protocols for optimal efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Manage O&M budgets, including cost forecasting, expenditure control, and financial reporting.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor relationships, negotiating contracts to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Technical & Performance Optimization

• Analyze performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Implement technology upgrades and innovative solutions to enhance solar plant performance.
• Collaborate with asset management and engineering teams to optimize operational processes.
