Chase & Associates is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead a large, multi-site packaging operation, driving safety, quality, and profitability while shaping the manufacturing strategy.

The role collaborates with Commercial, Finance, HR, and executive leadership to develop leaders and advance a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma across sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience within packaging or a similarly complex manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of improving operational performance and profitability.
• Proven ability to lead through others and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, service, efficiency, and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve performance, reduce costs, and strengthen operational consistency.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Coach and develop operational leaders while building a strong leadership and succession pipeline.
• Partner cross-functionally to align manufacturing priorities with broader business objectives.
• Oversee supply chain and inventory strategies to support efficient production flow.
