Job summary

Appleton Finn is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead multi-site operations in the Los Angeles area. The role reports to the CEO and drives manufacturing strategy, safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance while advancing customer objectives.

The executive will build high-performing teams, implement Lean and best practices, manage capital projects, and partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and R&D to commercialize new products. Frequent travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing or related field; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience across multiple sites.
• Strong experience leading manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, and capital project functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site manufacturing operations with focus on safety, quality, productivity and cost performance.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies, standards, and best practices for efficiency and scalability.
• Own the manufacturing budget, long-range planning, and capital expenditure process.
