You will define and execute a comprehensive marketing vision that elevates awareness, trust, and adoption of pediatric care services designed for children with complex medical needs. Working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment, you will shape how a purpose-driven healthcare organization is perceived across caregivers, health plans, providers, and internal teams. The role requires a balance of strategic storytelling and data-driven execution, with responsibility for building scalable marketing systems powered by modern digital and AI-enabled tools. You will collaborate closely with clinical, product, growth, and commercial teams to translate complex healthcare value into clear, compelling narratives. This is a high-impact leadership position where marketing directly supports access to care and improved outcomes for vulnerable populations.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy supporting growth, brand positioning, and mission advancement across key stakeholder groups including caregivers, managed care organizations, providers, investors, and internal teams.
  • Build and scale a modern, data-driven marketing infrastructure leveraging digital platforms, AI-enabled tools, and emerging channels to increase impact and efficiency.
  • Develop targeted messaging and enablement materials for internal teams, including clinical operations and commercial functions, to support patient engagement, partnership development, and care model adoption.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact content that communicates clinical, financial, and social outcomes in a clear and compelling way.
  • Strengthen and evolve a differentiated brand identity aligned with the organization’s mission and care delivery model.
  • Establish performance metrics and continuously optimize marketing strategies using insights, analytics, and measurable outcomes.
  • Support talent attraction and engagement through authentic storytelling and employer brand initiatives.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience across marketing, sales, healthcare, or managed care environments, with exposure to Medicaid populations strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including payer-provider dynamics, clinical workflows, and value-based care models.
  • Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies leveraging digital, social, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading brand development, strategic communications, and complex narrative building in healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
  • High level of adaptability, strategic thinking, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Benefits
  • Base salary range: $200,000 - $240,000, plus annual bonus incentive
  • Eligibility for employee equity purchase program, where applicable
  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSA) and company-funded health savings account (HSA)
  • 401(k) plan with 4% employer match, fully vested from day one
  • Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Life insurance coverage equal to 1x annual salary
  • 20 days paid time off, 10 company holidays, and 2 floating holidays
  • Paid parental leave
