The Vice President (VP) of Marketing is responsible for leading and overseeing all marketing functions within the organization. This executive role focuses on developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive lead generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition, market share growth, and revenue. The VP of Marketing collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals and KPIs.
  • Managing marketing campaigns to drive lead generation throughout all companies while analyzing tactics to improve efficiency
  • Oversee and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media as a brand ambassador.
  • Lead branding, digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, content, and communication strategies.
  • Oversee public relations, advertising, and promotional campaigns to enhance the company’s image and reputation.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and strong business acumen.
  • Experience scaling marketing efforts in a fast-growth environment.
  • Background in digital transformation or omni-channel marketing.
  • Innovative mindset and strong understanding of emerging marketing trends and technologies.

  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
