We're on a mission to reshape the future of work with cutting-edge augmented intelligence solutions, and we are searching for a VP of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy from our New York hub.

As VP of Marketing at Squirro, you will:
  1. Lead our global marketing efforts, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  2. Bring creativity, analytical horsepower, and a love for building pipeline, teams, or brand equity.
What you’ll be doing:
  1. Own and drive the global marketing strategy with clear goals for brand awareness, demand generation, and market expansion.
  2. Craft a compelling narrative for Squirro that resonates with buyers across industries and geographies (US, EMEA, APAC).
  3. Manage a team across growth marketing, content, and brand, while staying hands-on in campaign design, messaging, and creative execution.
  4. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across messaging, ICP, and go-to-market activities.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales Team, developing shared goals/metrics, joint planning, and lead management and qualification.
  6. Optimize lead generation and nurturing processes to ensure Sales is equipped with high-quality, sales-ready leads.
  7. Represent Squirro in external channels—VC networks, analyst firms (like Gartner), and media opportunities (e.g., Forbes).
  8. Use data to drive decisions, optimize performance, and communicate results with clarity and confidence.

  • A strong grasp of full-funnel marketing—from brand building to lead generation and sales enablement.
  • A knack for telling powerful stories that engage technical and business audiences alike.
  • Analytical mindset with deep comfort in data, metrics, dashboards, and marketing ops.
  • Familiarity with GenAI, NLP, or search technologies is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with VC-backed companies or participating in analyst relations is a bonus.
