About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President of Revenue Marketing, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. This role will lead and scale demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and go-to-market strategies in alignment with sales and customer success teams. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive revenue growth through data-driven campaigns, ABM strategies, and marketing automation. This is a fully remote position.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has proven experience building high-performing demand engines at early-to-mid-stage SaaS startups, with deep expertise in B2B SaaS, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the revenue funnel.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own and drive marketing pipeline and revenue targets, integrating demand generation, ABM, and digital pipeline creation to support growth.
  2. Develop and execute multi-channel demand programs, including digital marketing, content, paid media, SEO/SEM, and field marketing.
  3. Scale ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and accelerate deal velocity.
  4. Measure and optimize marketing performance to improve ROI and align with sales objectives.
  5. Lead full-funnel campaigns leveraging ABM, paid digital, content marketing, email, events, and partnerships.
  6. Partner with Product Marketing to craft messaging for HR, Talent, CFO, and HR IT leaders.
  7. Enhance digital channels for engagement, lead conversion, and lower-funnel experiences.
  8. Develop content strategy supporting the buyer’s journey for HR, Finance, and IT personas.
  9. Collaborate with Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success to develop playbooks that accelerate deals and expand customer relationships.
  10. Build and mentor a high-performing revenue marketing team across demand gen, digital, and field marketing.
  11. Manage budget efficiently, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles focused on pipeline growth.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, data analytics, and revenue marketing motions.
  • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing marketing teams.
  • Expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot), ABM (6Sense), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in HR technology space is preferred.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex solutions into compelling business value.
  • Hands-on, strategic leader capable of setting vision and executing with precision.
  • Ability to manage distributed teams across time zones.
