Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Lead for Real Assets Products within our Global Private Wealth Marketing team. The role involves developing compelling messaging, positioning, and content for our flagship investment strategies, focusing on net lease and digital infrastructure, to engage high-net-worth clients and support our fundraising efforts globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Messaging and Positioning: Develop clear, differentiated, and client-centric messaging, aligning it with business strategy and client needs, ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality materials like brochures, white papers, and digital assets, collaborating with investment teams to translate complex strategies into engaging content.
  • Go-to-market Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, collaborate with sales teams, and utilize data insights to optimize content.
  • Client Communications: Manage product performance updates, shareholder communications, and ensure seamless dissemination across channels.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including investment management, compliance, and distribution, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategies and ensure compliance.

Experience & Skills:

  • 7-10+ years in financial services marketing, with a focus on real estate or digital infrastructure preferred.
  • Deep understanding of real estate and infrastructure markets, private wealth, and high-net-worth client needs.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven experience in integrated marketing campaigns and project management.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM, and data analytics.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, finance, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this NYC-based role is $150,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Discretionary bonuses may also be available based on performance.
