Job summary

BNY in Houston, TX seeks a Vice President, Client Processing - Loans Enablement to lead complex client transactions with precision. You will drive end-to-end processing quality, collaborate across functions, and mentor teammates in a fast paced, risk-aware environment.

You will apply deep knowledge of syndicated loans, loans servicing, and industry best practices, while leveraging ClearPar and LSTA familiarity to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required; advanced degree or CFA/CPA preferred.
• Typically 7–12 years of experience in large-scale financial operations or loan processing.
• Prior hands-on syndicated loan experience and familiarity with loans servicing, ClearPar, and LSTA.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of client transactions within the Transaction Processing function with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize transaction workflows and reduce operational risks.
• Serve as SME in client processing; mentor junior teammates and promote knowledge sharing.
• Monitor processing metrics to identify trends and drive improvements in client experience.
• Engage with clients to resolve complex processing issues and maintain strong relationships.
