Qualifications

• 8-14 years of progressive experience in prime brokerage or futures and clearing.
• Deep expertise in margin and cross-product margining solutions.
• Experience driving revenue growth and strategic impact across trading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic analysis of trading revenues, financing expenses and key business metrics to identify revenue opportunities in margin and collateral.
• Lead prioritization and development of platform enhancements to improve margining and cross-product capabilities.
• Provide regulatory guidance and maintain compliance posture affecting margin, collateral, and trading activities.
• Design and implement robust risk controls for margin calls, collateral movements and exposure management.
• Collaborate with legal, risk and operations to ensure governance and controls are strong.
