Sedgwick is seeking a seasoned Vice President, IT Internal Audit to lead and advance the company’s technology audit and assurance capabilities. Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Audit, this executive will guide IT audits, IT SOX, SAP controls, and technology risk assurance across a global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in IT audit, IT risk, SOX, internal controls, or ERP controls, including senior leadership experience.
• Strong background leading IT internal audit and IT SOX programs in a complex, large-scale organization.
• Deep expertise in IT general controls, IT SOX, ERP and application controls, testing strategy, and remediation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the IT Internal Audit program, including risk assessment, planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up.
• Oversee IT SOX program, testing strategy, and assurance over IT general controls and automated controls.
• Drive risk-based IT audit plans covering ERP systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, third-party risk, and major implementations.
• Provide leadership over SAP controls, including security, segregation of duties, access models, change management, and reports.
• Collaborate with management and external auditors on IT SOX and SAP controls.
