Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a seasoned Vice President, IT Internal Audit to lead and elevate the company’s technology audit function across a global environment, including SAP controls, IT SOX, and ERP risk management.

The VP will set strategy, oversee testing, remediation validation, and collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen governance, risk management, and assurance during a major SAP S/4HANA transformation, while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT audit, risk, SOX, or ERP controls with senior leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in IT general controls, IT SOX, ERP/app controls, and testing strategy.
• Significant SAP experience, including access, segregation of duties, change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Internal Audit program across risk assessment, planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up.
• Oversee IT SOX program, testing strategy, and controls across IT environments.
• Partner with Internal Audit leadership to address SAP/IT risks in broader audits.
