Palmetto Clean Technology, based in New York City, seeks a VP of Investor Relations to lead all investor communication and engagement. You will translate strategy and performance into clear messaging and advise leadership on external positioning.
You will own investor strategy, coordinate materials, and engage with sell-side analysts, capital partners, and the investment community while collaborating with the CFO and CEO.

Reporting
This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and partners closely with the Founder & CEO and Board of Directors.
Summary of Role
Palmetto is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to own and lead all investor communication and engagement for the company. This role will serve as the primary bridge between Palmetto and its investors, capital partners, and the broader investment community. This role will own Palmetto’s investor narrative, translating strategy, performance, and long-term value creation into clear, compelling, and credible messaging, and acts as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on how the company is positioned externally.
