Vice President HR, Global Business Partnering

We are seeking a visionary Vice President HR, Global Business Partnering to join our executive team and drive transformative HR strategies across our worldwide footprint. You will serve as a strategic advisor to executive leaders and functional heads, building a Global HR team that fuels performance, growth and culture. You will lead a global team of HRBPs and play a critical role in developing and aligning people strategies with business priorities across regions and functions.

What You Will Drive

  • Lead the global HR Business Partnering function, aligning HR strategy with business goals across all geographies.
  • Partner closely with C-suite and senior leadership to drive workforce planning, org design, talent strategy, and cultural initiatives.
  • Build and scale a high-impact HRBP team, fostering capability development and leadership effectiveness across global markets.
  • Guide change management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement efforts in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Serve as a key driver of inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives across the organization.
  • Champion a data-driven HR approach, leveraging analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Act as a cultural steward, helping to maintain our values and entrepreneurial spirit as we continue to scale globally.

Who You Are

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant time in a global HRBP (including APJ, AMER and EMEA) and / or enterprise HR leadership role.
  • Proven track record operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments—ideally in industry-leading or hyper-scaling companies.
  • Deep expertise in organizational design, change leadership, and global people operations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Inspirational people leader with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
  • Experience managing and scaling distributed HR teams across multiple geographies.
