Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Home Lending Risk Control Manager to oversee control functions within Risk Management for Home Lending. You will design and monitor controls, lead risk assessments, and drive continuous improvements using automation and analytics.

You will partner with business teams, communicate with senior management, and ensure regulatory compliance. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of financial service experience in controls, audit, risk management, or compliance.
• Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts and RCSA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem solving, analytics, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the CORE framework for Home Lending Risk Management.
• Design, set up, and monitor controls using automation and data analytics.
• Create metrics, review program data and produce reports for decisions.
• Lead process walkthroughs and mapping exercises with teams.
• Lead or support control program projects ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Bring in digital risk management, agile practices, and automation to the program.
• Partner with colleagues to foster risk awareness and proactive assessment.
• Elevate data analytics testing and validation using SQL/Tableau.
